Yesterday I visitedMoMA. It was nice to seeLorna Simpson's work 'Wigs' again and alsoMeret Oppenheim's 'Fur Cup'.For some reason, I seem to be seeing wigs and fur all around me. This morning there was a spam email in my inbox trying to sell me 'celebrity style' wigs, there is a sale at the fur store next door to my studio on 29th St and a wig shop down the road that I noticed for the first time today. All I can think about now are the fur wigsBlesscreated for their ad in I.D magazine back in 1996, their first official product, No 00. Now, if I could just see someone walking down the street in a fur wig drinking from the fur cup in a human wig style fur coat, well that would tie everything together very nicely!
