EXCHANGE OR RETURN
We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.
Please choose your items carefully as we cannot offer any refunds unless faulty, however we can exchange for another item.
There is no exchange on sale items.
Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange your item within 7 days of the date of delivery either via email at enquiries@arnsdorf.com.au or phone on 03 9005 6073.
SHIPPING
Shipping within Australia is via Australia Express post satchels, this is not covered by insurance and is not guaranteed the next day delivery, however most packages should arrive between 1-3 days. If you require your item to be insured please email enquiries@arnsdorf.com.au and we can make alternative arrangements.
International shipping is via registered airmail, this is approximately 5 - 10 days delivery, we charge a flat rate of $20.00 AUD.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working business day.
