NEW STORE OPENING : SOUTH YARRA, MELBOURNE
Almost one year after opening its first boutique, Melbourne based fashion label Arnsdorf opens its doors to a second shopfront in Melbourne’s south.
The new boutique, located at 517 Chapel Street, South Yarra, allows the brand to serve both sides of the city. The space has a very minimal aesthetic and luxurious touches, including marble counters and a curved clothing rail, which complements the recurring motif in Arnsdorf’s collections.
“There is enormous opportunity in Chapel St, while retaining well established and long standing premium brands, it feels as though there is a new renaissance of retail emerging as it’s changing over from the older guard,” says Jade Sarita Arnott, creative director and founder of the brand.
“We’ve been closely monitoring and speaking to our customers and it became clear that our customers living on the south of the city needed something closer. So we started looking for locations.” When determining the area and space for the second store, Arnsdorf started questioning what their customer needs and where and what space would complement those guidelines.
The new boutique offers the same additional services that Arnsdorf customers seek, including personal styling, alterations as well as lifetime repairs on all garments as part of their commitment to the longevity of its customers wardrobe and creating a more sustainable future.
“Our experienced stylists, who have been trained in fitting as well as garment construction will be in store everyday to help you with a wardrobe that works for your lifestyle.”
The label is hoping to fill the gap in the market for a contemporary brand that has transparency, traceability and sustainability at its core to serve customers in the south side of Melbourne.
Arnsdorf has recognised that their commitment to a sustainable future resonates with both sides of Melbourne’s city and look forward to creating more intimate relationships with those living in the south side.
The Chapel St launch party will be held on Thursday 15th November from 6pm.
