The Susan Coat is a modern take on the overcoat. Shown here on Ruby in charcoal, the Susan has a structured silhouette and clean lines, all cut from 100% wool coating. The lapel is more streamlined than other coats, giving a cleaner than usual neckline and creating enough empty space to highlight a shirt or blazer collar underneath. It's also far enough down to avoid accidental make-up mishaps transiting to and from your body.

The giant sized pockets are inspired by traditional workwear, so they are utilitarian enough to conceal your phone, keys, hell your entire hand bag, without revealing a single curve.

Offered in both charcoal and cream, the Susan Coat was inspired by the sculptures of Alexander Calder. It's worn here with the Celeste Mini Skirt and Ceramics Embroidered Tee.

Ruby is 5'7" and wears a size 8. Her bust is 31", waist is 25.5" and hips are 35". To create your perfect look through custom alterations, contact us for more details. We offer free deliveries and returns to ensure you receive your dream coat.

Fabric & Care

This coat is made from 100% wool and has an opulent pile, giving it a soft touch. It is fully lined with viscose satin. This coat should be dry cleaned to ensure the fabric retains its luxurious feel. We recommend steaming the garment rather than ironing to ensure not to damage it's plush surface. It should not be bleached, nor should it be tumble dried.

Our foundation is design transparency

In an industry where margins are made at the expense of localism, ethics and quality, we are working towards a new standard of transparency. That is why we provide the cost of every element that goes into making an Arnsdorf dress, shirt, trouser, jumpsuit or top. We believe that this level of transparency takes consumers one step closer towards understanding the real cost of the clothing you wear.
