You need a garment to fit perfectly to make the investment. That’s why we offer free shipping over $150 and returns in Australia. We also offer free international shipping over $300. The process is simple and designed to help you to get to know Arnsdorf’s sizing and style before pieces start making a home in your wardrobe.
To arrange a return or exchange email us at women@arnsdorf.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item. Proof of purchase is required to proceed a exchange or refund. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached). Any altered item is final sale.
Sale items are final sale meaning they can not be exchanged or refunded.
Free standard shipping will be dispatched within 2-5 business days, or express shipping within 2 business days.
As mentioned, international shipping is free over $300 and while we do not offer free returns, we are happy to refund your purchase if items are returned in good order with return tags. International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
